Summary of delivery services
Most orders will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days, using UKMail, Royal Mail or other courier services. Next day delivery is also offered - provided that orders are placed before 3pm on the prior day.

| Delivery terms |
|
Product ordered on a Friday, for next day courier delivery, will be delivered on the following Monday. |
|
All other orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery within the normal time scales. |
|
Next day deliveries, to most businesses, are usually made between 8.30am and 5.30pm and a signature will be required to confirm delivery and acceptance. |
|
Deliveries to private addresses can be made after 5.30pm. Please note though that items will be not left if there is no one available to accept it. In such a case a card will be left to inform how to arrange collection or redelivery. |

Please check the items prior to signing for receipt of delivery. If there are any signs of damage to the packaging please sign for the goods stating ‘visible damage to packaging’ otherwise it could be very difficult for us to claim for damage from any of the delivery companies. |

If you do not receive the goods within the stated time please contact us as soon as possible so that we can follow up with the delivery company. We will do everything possible to ensure that items are delivered within the agreed times scales. There may, however, be occasions where this is not possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for delays, however caused. |

Upon delivery and receipt of the items, title in the goods remains with Laminate-it! until you have paid the full price and no other payments remain outstanding by you to Laminate-it! |
|
Whilst we will endeavour to always hold sufficient stock to meet normal demand, there may be times when we are out of stock of particular items. Where this is the case, we will communicate this to you giving the option to have the items delivered at a later date or cancelled. |
