Cancellation, refund and damaged goods policy

You can cancel your order and return your products provided that you confirm this with us, in writing, within 14 working days from receipt of the goods. The goods must be unused and still within their original packaging. All return delivery charges will, however, be the responsibility of the customer. We advise that you retain any proof of return documentation as, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost goods. Any repayments will be made within 7 working days from receipt of the returned goods. |

Although we always strive to ensure that all products arrive in perfect condition there might be occasions when this is not the case. Where this does occur please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange to have the product collected and replaced. |
